CICL BENEFITS OPEN ENROLLMENT IS COMING UP

Open Enrollment Dates

 Enrollment begins November 6, 2026, and must be completed by November 15, 2026

Important: This year’s enrollment window is shorter than usual!

Your new coverage and benefit changes will take effect on January 1, 2027.

Important Reminder: Domestic Partner Coverage

Effective January 1, 2027, domestic partners and their dependents will no longer be eligible for coverage under CICL-sponsored benefit plans.

How Enrollment Works

You have two steps to complete if you want to enroll in benefits:

• Paycom: Make your benefit elections.
• ezICHRA Portal: Select your medical insurance plan.

Important: Selecting the “Medical Plan Placeholder” in Paycom does not enroll you in medical coverage. You must also complete your medical plan selection through the ezICHRA portal.

Medical Insurance: What You Need to Know

Log in to the ezICHRA portal between November 6 and November 15, 2026, to review and select your medical plan for 2027.

You can keep your current plan, if it is still available, or shop for a new one.

• Currently enrolled in medical coverage? If you miss the November 15^th deadline, the ezICHRA team will automatically renew your current plan or assign a comparable option, if available, at the new 2027 rates. Some insurance carriers are leaving the Marketplace and will no longer offer plans for 2027. Please review your renewal options carefully to understand any changes to your coverage and costs.
• Not currently enrolled? If you do not complete enrollment by November 15, you will be considered to have waived medical coverage for 2027.
• Do not want medical coverage? You must still log in to the ezICHRA portal and actively waive coverage.

Protect your eligibility for reimbursement: Only make changes to your 2027 medical coverage with an authorized ezICHRA Agent. Do not make changes based on calls from anyone else, as unauthorized changes could affect your eligibility for premium reimbursement. An ezICHRA Agent will clearly identify themselves when calling.

 

How to Enroll in Paycom

Follow these steps to review your benefits and learn how to enroll:

1. Log in to your Paycom Employee Self-Service (ESS) profile.
2. Go to Learnings.
3. Under Assigned Learning or the History tab, watch the video titled Benefits 101 for Employees for a step-by-step guide.

Remember: You must actively select your benefits for 2027—even if you already have coverage.

• Choose from the 2027 Benefit Plans, available in Paycom starting November 6, 2026.
• If you do not select a benefit, it will not be renewed and will end on December 31, 2026.
• If you do not want a particular benefit, you must actively decline it in Paycom.

Be sure to complete all required elections before November 15!
