CICL BENEFITS OPEN ENROLLMENT IS COMING UP
BENEFITS ENROLLMENT BEGINS NOVEMBER 1ST 2024.
ENROLLMENT MUST BE COMPLETED BY NOVEMBER 30TH 2024.
ANY NEW ENROLLMENTS OR CHANGES WILL BE EFFECTIVE FOR THE PLAN YEAR BEGINNING JANUARY 1ST 2025.
NOTE THE NEW ENROLLMENT PROCESS:
ALL BENEFIT ELECTIONS MUST BE MADE IN PAYCOM, WITH THE EXCEPTION FOR MEDICAL INSURANCE WHICH STILL HAS TO BE DONE THROUGH THE ezICHRA PORTAL.
Selecting the “Medical Plan Placeholder” will not enroll you. After making the election in Paycom you must sign into the ezICHRA portal between 11/11/24 and no later than 11/25/24 and choose a plan for 2025. You may keep the current plan or shop for a new one.
Log into your Paycom Employee Self-Service (ESS) profile and navigate to your Learnings tab. Under “Assigned Learning”, review the “Benefits 101 for Employees” video to learn how to step through the process.
All requested benefits must be selected, whether it is an existing coverage or new enrollment, otherwise they will not renew in 2025 and are termed at the end of the year. Be sure to select the 2025 Benefit Plans which will become available on 11/01/2024. If no benefits are requested, they must be declined.

Spots are limited and due to the Thanksgiving holiday, there will be no appointments available after 11/25/2024. Please contact the office for help if the calendar is full prior to 11/25/2024.
