CICL BENEFITS OPEN ENROLLMENT IS COMING UP

Enrollment Period
Benefits enrollment begins November 1, 2025, and must be completed by November 30, 2025.

Effective Date
Any new enrollments or changes will take effect on January 1, 2026, for the new plan year.

Enrollment Process

All benefit elections must be completed in Paycom.
Medical insurance elections must still be made separately through the ezICHRA portal.

Selecting the “Medical Plan Placeholder” in Paycom does not enroll you in medical coverage.
After completing your elections in Paycom, you must log in to the ezICHRA portal between November 7 and November 25, 2025, to select your medical plan for 2026.
You may choose to keep your current plan or shop for a new one.

• If you are currently enrolled and miss the November 25 deadline, the ezICHRA team will automatically renew your current plan or assign a comparable option if your existing plan is no longer available through the Marketplace.
• If you are not currently enrolled and do not complete the enrollment process by the deadline, you will be considered as having waived medical coverage for 2026.
• If you do not wish to enroll, please log into the portal and waive coverage.

How to Enroll

1. Log into your Paycom Employee Self-Service (ESS) profile.
2. Navigate to your Learnings
3. Under Assigned Learning, OR the History tab watch the video titled Benefits 101 for Employees for a step-by-step guide.

Please note: All benefit elections, whether existing or new, must be actively selected for 2026. If a benefit is not selected, it will not renew and will terminate at the end of 2025.
Be sure to choose from the 2026 Benefit Plans, which will become available in Paycom on November 1, 2025.
If you do not wish to enroll in a benefit, you must decline it in the system.
