MCBDDS schedules another first-dose clinic for Tuesday, February 9
The Montgomery County Board of Developmental Disabilities will host another first-dose clinic for people who qualify under Phases 1A and 1B on Tuesday, February 9 from noon to 3 p.m. This clinic will be held at Mt. Enon Missionary Baptist Church, 1501 W. Third Street, Dayton, 45402. Appointments are required; no walk-ins are permitted.
If your direct care staff or the people you serve who are eligible under Phase 1B wish to get the vaccine, please visit the "How to Get a Vaccine" page on the MCBDDS website (https://www.mcbdds.org/802/How-to-Get-a-Vaccine) and read through the information. There, they will find details about how to schedule an appointment, the paperwork they are required to bring, how the vaccines are administered, and information about how to get a second dose.
Second-dose clinic scheduled for February 13 moved to St. Benedict the Moor church
The MCBDDS second-dose vaccine clinics scheduled from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. on Saturday, February 13 has been moved to St Benedict the Moor Catholic Church, 519 Liscum Drive, Dayton, OH 45417. All previously-scheduled appointment times will be honored. Please remember: All people receiving their second dose must bring their vaccine card and another signed consent form: http://bit.ly/ZiksPharmacyConsent.
