Medication Administration Recert Class
ARRIVE BY 10:00am! You may not be allowed to enter the class if arriving late. Please sign up for one date only and remove yourself if unable to attend.
Please bring a MED Check Off List with you.
A supervisor will help you complete it. While you can attend the class without bringing a med check-off list you may not pass meds until it is received.
